Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup shelled, unsalted pistachios (about 50)
  • Garnish: whipped cream or topping, crushed pistachios (optional)

Directions:
  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with whipped topping or whipped cream and crushed pistachios.
