Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup shelled, unsalted pistachios (about 50)
- Garnish: whipped cream or topping, crushed pistachios (optional)
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
