Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt (I used greek)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Whipped cream (for garnish, if desired)
- Cinnamon (for garnish, if desired)
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in your blender in the order listed, and blend until smooth.
- Top with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired. Serves 2.
