Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt (I used greek)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup ice cubes 
  • Whipped cream (for garnish, if desired)
  • Cinnamon (for garnish, if desired)
    Directions:
    1. Place all the ingredients in your blender in the order listed, and blend until smooth.
    2. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired. Serves 2.
