Strawberry Banana Smoothies

Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, frozen
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Green Tea Banana Smoothie - Matcha Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free cold vanilla yogurt*
- 1/2 cup fat-free cold milk
- 1 tbsp green tea powder
- 1/2 ripe banana slide
- 6-10 ice cubes
- 2 tbsps honey as per the taste.
Instructions
1. Whisk together vanilla yogurt and green tea powder.
2. Transfer to blender and add cold milk, ripe banana and honey, mix them for 2-3 mins.
3. Next put some ice cubes in the blender, blend them together for 2-3 mins or until smooth.
4. Finish and prepare to serve
